Greetings friends of Hive Pet,
Just as the title of my post says, my little dog Doll never ceases to amaze me, now she has taken to peeing on my bed, something that has really bothered me.
It turns out that I don't like having the dog inside the house or on my bed, but, there are times that justify it. My dog Muñeca is afraid of the sounds of fireworks and when it rains because of the thunder. Also when it rains she doesn't like to stay in the yard because the sheets are not well laid and have some holes, the water gets in little by little and when the rain is heavy the whole yard gets wet and she has nowhere to rest.
In these situations I let her in the house and she will return to her yard when the storm is over and everything is dry again. If there are fireworks I let her sleep in my room under the bed.
While she stays inside the house she doesn't stay in one place, sometimes she is under my feet while I work, but then she gets bored and starts walking all over the house. I get distracted watching TV or working and when I realize she is not near me. I call her and she comes out of some room in the house, out of the bathroom, and even out of my room. It also happens that I look for her and find her lying on or under my bed. She looks so cute lying on the bed that I leave her there.
One night when I go to bed, I start to remove some things from the bed and I find that the sheet was wet and the mattress. I was puzzled, it had rained that day but there are no leaks in my room, nor any liquid that had spilled. This became even more of a mystery case when the wet didn't smell like pee. That night I had to put the mattress out to dry with the fan.
Then, it happened again, my dad tells me that the cloth he dries his feet with is wetter than usual. It didn't smell like pee either, Wow, what was going on. We couldn't believe that Doll would get on the bed just to pee and now on my dad's cloth. We agreed to pay attention and it happened again, Doll was inside the house and he finds the cloth very very wet, and said "the bitch peed on my cloth".
Another day when Doll was inside the house because of the rain, I see that she is not with me near my feet, I look for her and she is lying on my bed. After a while I go to see her again and she was under the bed, but when I touch the mattress it was all wet, I got very angry, mystery solved, Muñeca peed in my bed. I scolded her loudly, she became sad and I was upset, because half of the mattress was wet and I had nowhere to sleep. The most striking thing of all is that she had already gone out to the garden to pee, I myself saw that she peed, so I do not understand why she climbs on my bed to do it. I had to remove the sheet, wash the mattress a little, sprinkle some talcum powder on it and put the fan on it to dry, it was night and there was not much to do. I slept uncomfortably in a clinic bed that was my mother's and was very hot, I had a bad night.
I went without playing with her one day, since then the room remains locked when she is inside the house. I don't let her in unless I'm there, and of course, I don't let her get on the bed at all.
Then I was back to my old self with my little angel, she was back to smiling and playing as usual.
To look for a new hiding place
Now I don't know what will happen to her when there are fireworks, when it rains there is no problem, but when she hears loud noises she wants to get under the bed and I can't let her in my room. Today by chance some fireworks went off and she got scared. As usual she cried to get in, when she did she ran to my room but the door was closed.
She was running back and forth looking for a hiding place, I helped her and made a place for her under the table where I am working. She stayed there quietly, the fireworks didn't go off anymore.
Why does she pee on my bed?
I don't know the reason, I don't know if she's marking territory, but it's not nice and I don't know how to deal with it, it's something new and I have no idea how to correct it. For now, the door to my room remains closed as long as she is inside the house. When there are fireworks I will see how to protect her.

Saludos amigos de Hive Pet,
Tal como lo dice el título de mi publicación, mi perrita Muñeca no deja de sorprenderme, ahora le ha dado por orinarse en mi cama, algo que me ha molestado de verdad.
Resulta que a mí no me gusta tener al perro dentro de la casa o en mi cama, pero, hay momentos que lo justifican. A mi perrita Muñeca le dan miedos los sonidos por fuegos artificiales y cuando hay lluvia por los truenos. También cuando llueve a ella no le gusta quedarse en el patio porque las láminas no están bien puestas y poseen algunos agujeros, el agua se va metiendo poco a poco y cuando la lluvia es fuerte se moja todo el patio y ella no tiene donde reposar.
En esas situaciones la dejo entrar a la casa y volverá a su patio cuando pase la tormenta y todo esté seco de nuevo. De haber fuegos artificiales la dejo dormir en mi cuarto bajo la cama.
Mientras ella permanece adentro de la casa no se queda en un solo lugar, de a ratos está bajo mis pies mientras trabajo, pero luego se aburre y comienza a caminar por toda la casa. Me distraigo viendo TV o trabajando y cuando me doy cuenta no está cerca de mí. La llamo y ella sale de algún cuarto de la casa, del baño, e incluso, de mi cuarto. También pasa que la busco y la he encontrado acostada en mi cama o debajo de ella. Se ve tan linda acostada en la cama que la dejo allí.
Una noche cuando me voy a acostar, comienzo a quitar algunas cosas de la cama y encuentro que la sábana estaba mojada y el colchón. Me extrañó, ese día había llovido pero no hay goteras en mi cuarto, tampoco algún líquido que se hubiera derramado. Esto se convirtió aún más en un caso misterioso cuando lo mojado no olía a pipí. Esa noche tuve que poner a secar el colchón con el ventilador.
Luego, pasó otra vez, mi padre me dice que el paño con el que seca los pies está más mojado de lo normal. Tampoco tenía olor a orine, Wow, ¿Qué estaba pasando?. No podíamos creer que Muñeca se montara en la cama solo a orinarse y ahora en el paño de mi padre. Estuvimos de acuerdo en poner atención y ocurrió otra vez, Muñeca estaba dentro de la casa y él encuentra el paño muy pero muy mojado, y dijo “la perra se orinó en mi paño” .
Otro día que Muñeca estaba dentro de casa por la lluvia, veo que no está conmigo cerca de mis pies, la busco y está acostada en mi cama. Al rato voy de nuevo a verla y estaba bajo la cama, pero cuando toco el colchón estaba todo mojado, me puse muy brava, misterio resuelto, Muñeca se orinó en mi cama. La regañé fuerte, ella se puso triste y yo estaba molesta, pues estaba mojado la mitad del colchón y no tenía donde dormir. Lo más llamativo de todo es que ya había salido al jardín a orinar, yo misma vi que orinó, por eso no entiendo porque se sube a mi cama a hacerlo. Tuve que quitar la sábana, lavar un poco el colchón, echarle algo de talco y ponerle el ventilador para que se secara, era de noche y no había mucho que hacer. Dormí incómoda en una cama clínica que era de mi madre con mucho calor, pasé mala noche.
Estuve sin jugar con ella un día, desde entonces el cuarto permanece cerrado cuando ella está dentro de la casa. No la dejo entrar a menos que yo esté allí, y por supuesto, no la dejo por nada subirse a la cama.
Después volví a ser la misma de siempre con mi angelito, ella volvió a sonreír y a jugar como siempre.
A buscar un nuevo escondite
Ahora no se qué será de ella cuando hayan fuegos artificiales, mientras llueve no hay problema, pero cuando escucha ruidos fuertes quiere meterse bajo la cama y a mi cuarto no la puedo dejar entrar. Hoy casualmente sonaron unos cohetes y ella se asustó. Como siempre lloró para entrar, cuando lo hizo corrió hasta mi cuarto pero la puerta estaba cerrada.
Corría de un lado a otro buscando escondite, yo la ayudé y le hice un lugar bajo la mesa donde estoy trabajando. Ella se quedó allí tranquila, los fuegos artificiales no sonaron más.
¿Por qué se orina en mi cama?
No sé la razón, no sé si estará marcando territorio, pero no es agradable y no sé cómo abordarlo, es algo nuevo y no tengo idea como corregirlo. Por lo pronto, la puerta de mi cuarto permanece cerrada mientras ella esté dentro de la casa. Cuando haya fuegos artificiales veré la manera de protegerla.

It takes time to educate dogs, but with patience and dedication, you will be able to teach Muñeca everything necessary so that she does not piss on your bed and stays in the places you consider necessary.

Hola, la verdad no sé porque hace eso, ella va al baño después que come, y cuando ella quiere salir me avisa. Ahora me da miedo que entre a mi cuarto cuando yo no estoy.
Hola @hylene74,muñeca es hermosa, con un poco de paciencia y trabajo en equipo con quiénes convive estoy segura que muñeca superara está etapa. No es fácil y genera un poco de estrés pero está bien lo que haces siempre con amor y respeto, ella comprenderá que la estás educando para que no se haga pis dónde no debe. Es un proceso lento pero efectivo. No te rindas. 🌻🐶💕 Un abrazo
