Today I want to share with you a funny story I made up about one of our chickens in the coop. The chicken is very happy because she hatched some very suspicious chicks. I've named her "The Dangerous Chicken." It turns out that this chicken spent a few days lying down, keeping her eggs warm, and she managed to hatch four very cute chicks.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una divertida historia que le invente a una de nuestras gallinitas del corral, pues les cuento que la gallinita está muy contenta porque sacó algunos pollitos muy sospechosos, yo la e llamado, "La gallinita peligrosa", resulta que está gallinita duro echada unos cuantos días, dando calor a sus huevos, así logro sacar cuatro pollitos muy lindos.
Each of these chicks has a different color from the others. One chick is black, another chick is white, another is brown, and another is like coffee with milk. This little hen is really suspicious; it's kind of weird.
Estos pollitos cada uno tiene un color distinto al otro, un pollito es negro, otro pollito es blanco, el otro es morenito y otro es como el café con leche, de verdad es muy sospechosa está gallinita, eso está como raro.
But it turns out that the parents of these chicks are speckled with black and white. I think this dangerous little hen had visits from other colorful roosters and we didn't realize it. She still has two eggs left to hatch, and we're all still at home waiting to see what color the other chicks will be, because their parents seem very disappointed and sad.
Pero resulta que los papás de estos pollitos son pintaditos entre blanco y negro, está gallinita peligrosa creo que tubo visita de otros gallitos coloridos y no nos dimos de cuenta, aún le quedan dos huevitos por sacar, y todos seguimos en casa esperando, a ver de qué color son, los otros pollitos, porque los papás se notan muy decepcionado y triste 😜
What a thought of mine 😜 To be honest, this story came to me when I saw the different colors of the chicks, which made me laugh, because humanity, if a mother has a child of every color, what can you think? 😁 How dirty-minded of me, but that's the reality.
Que ocurrencia la mía 😜 La verdad, está historia se me ocurrió al ver los distintos colores de los pollitos, eso me causo risa, porque humanidad si una mamá tiene un hijo de cada color, ¿que se puede pensar? 😁 Que mal pensada yo, pero es la realidad.
But here in this story there is a real hairy hand, and even more dangerous than the poor little hen. The reality is that my in-laws bought eggs from other hens, because when this little hen lays an egg, they eat it right away. But when she wants to be a mother, she lays down and doesn't let anyone take her eggs away. That's when they take advantage of the situation and put other eggs that aren't hers under her. It's actually a good idea because that way she hatches several chicks and the family continues to grow.
Pero aquí en esta historia existe una verdadera mano peluda, y hasta más peligrosa que la pobre gallinita, la realidad es que mis suegros compraron huevo de otras gallinas, porque cuando está gallinita pone un huevo, se lo comen de una vez, pero cuando ella quienere ser mamá, se echa y no deja que nadie le quite sus huevos, es ahí cuando entonces aprovechan y le meten otro huevos que no son de ella, la verdad es buena idea porque así saca varios pollitos y la familia sigue creciendo.
And so everyone was happy and content: the hen with her chicks, the in-laws because they had more offspring, and happiest of all were the roosters because they weren't cuckolded. 😁😜
Y así todos felices y contentos, la gallinita con sus pollitos, los suegros porque tienen más crías y los más felices son los gallos porque no les montaron los cuernos 😁😜
