Haow many stray cats have come to you house to aske for food?
Ours is many and in fact, they steal food just to satisfy their hungry and crying stomachs. I admit I get angry at them stealing food but I realized that I too was mistaken for not keeping our food in a safety place where cats can't steal them.
In our place, there were many cats and dogs that werr abandoned, well not really abandoned at all but perhaps no one had adopted them at all just like this cat here in my post.
He was very hungry one night and while I and my daughter cooked food for dinner, it came to the kitchen looking so pityful begging for food whith his faded meows.
Without hesitation, my daughter gave him food bjt he was too scared to let us near him and I was guessing that he had been hurt many times begging for food and trauma had never left.
But sadly, I have made my mind not to adopt a pet for now, be it a feline of a canine to keep my kids safe from rabies and harm yet he is most welcome to visit and be given whatever food we have.
The cat sowly and vigilantly ate his food, looking at any signs of danger but soon felt at ease when he saw we didn't have plans on harming him.
He ate and ate until he finished what my daughter had given him and sat on the corner for a few minutes and left.
Sometimes, I see cats vacant furrs, a sign that they had been poured with hit water while looking for food at someone's kitchen, I just feel pity of them and just hope they would have a better life.
All they needed were small portions of food and it would not hurt. I am just so glad my daughter is loving yo tye extent of loving animals and feeding them whenever they feel hungry.
