Tom

It's been more than two weeks since we adopted a cat. My son named him Tom
I think he got his name from that game where he feeds the cat, bathes it and even slaps it
But luckily my son only bothers him a little, he doesn't slap it or bathe it, at least he hasn't tried it yet. He lets mom do that for him.
My son also gave him one of his own toys, so that Tom has company and something to play with when my son is at school.

Nine years ago I worked in the first factory in Europe for cat toys. My son found out about it, his mother told him.
So now he has me busy with it, to make something for Tom.
We are currently collecting materials.

Were supposed to take the cat to the doctor to get his first vaccines.
But instead he got another parasite cleanse.
And his vaccine was postponed until next weekend.
And in the meantime he got diarrhea, we learned from the doctor that it happens when you mix cat food. Since we adopted him we didn't know what food he eats so we got three. Now we know, so that problem is solved .

Our cat lives in the whole house, but we heat one room and the hallway with a wood stove. That room serves as our summer kitchen and auxiliary living room.
It was late October and it got colder and we started to light the stove. And the cat took over part of the furniture for himself.
That's not a problem, it doesn't bother us there. It only bothers me in the morning while I'm drinking coffee. We jostle for a place by the fire :)
