Hola de nuevo! Hoy les traigo un post especial hablando de Misty ya que es mi consentida y uno de los seres que más amo en mi vida. Quería compartirles como es pasar un día con Misty cuando estoy libre, es decir, que no escribo post, toco violín, hago arreglos o grabo, ya que me gusta darme un tiempo para mí de vez en cuando, y en esos momentos Misty aprovecha en acompañarme.
Hello again! Today I come to you with a special post talking about Misty since she is my favorite and one of the beings I love most in my life. I wanted to share with you what it is like to spend a day with Misty when I am free, that is, I don't write a post, play violin, make arrangements or record, since I like to take time for myself once in a while, and in those moments Misty takes the opportunity to be with me.
Misty prácticamente es la primera en recibirme en las mañanas, cada vez que me despierto ella se monta en mi cama y se acurruca en mi panza para que le haga cariño. Créanme que es una manera hermosísima de comenzar el día por lo que normalmente, despierto feliz.
Misty is practically the first one to receive me in the morning, every time I wake up she gets on my bed and curls up in my belly to make me love her. Believe me, it's a beautiful way to start the day so I usually wake up happy.
Cuando desayuno yo misma me hago mi comida, así que con sueño todavía, me levanto con pocas energías a hacer algo rico. Cada vez que cocino Misty está viendo qué hago (cabe destacar que mi papá siempre le hace una arepita pequeña todas las mañanas antes de que me levante). Cuando voy a mi cuarto a comer, Misty se sienta al lado mío y espera a que le dé un poquito aunque sea como si no comiera mucho. A veces sí le dejo un poco.
When I eat breakfast I make my own food, so with laziness still, I get up with little energy to do something delicious. Every time I cook Misty is watching what I do ( it is important that my dad always makes her a small arepa every morning before I get up). When I go to my room to eat, Misty sits next to me and waits for me to give her a little bit even though it is as if she does not eat much. Sometimes I do give her a piece.
Luego de desayunar, Misty quiere jugar. Descanso una media hora y Misty me busca para jugar con pelotas, una tela que ella muerde y quiere que yo haga contrapeso o que simplemente corra detrás de ella. A veces solo brinca o da muchas vueltas cerca de mí hasta que se cansa.
After breakfast, Misty wants to play. I rest for half an hour and Misty looks for me to play with balls, a cloth that she bites and wants me to counterbalance or just run behind her. Sometimes she just jumps or spins around me a lot until she gets tired.
A las 11am le comenzamos a hacer arroz para mezclarlo con la perrarina ya que así le rendimos su comida. Esperamos a que se enfríe para dársela a la 1pm. Si no se lo damos puntual, ella se pone a ladrar muchísimo y a comenzar a llamar la atención con brincos y correderas por toda la casa. Luego de terminar de comer, se duerme un ratito para descansar.
At 11am we started making rice to mix with the dogarina (a type of rice) as this is how we give her her food. We wait for it to cool down to give it to her at 1pm. If we don't give it to her on time, she starts barking a lot and starts to draw attention to herself with jumps and slides all over the house. After finishing the meal, she falls asleep for a while to rest.
Cuando nosotros almorzamos, ella se despierta para ver que cocinamos y luego, me sigue hasta mi cuarto a ver si le doy un poquito de comida (otra vez), poniendo una carita como si no hubiese comido en meses cuando en verdad está gordita.
When we take lunch, she wakes up to see what we're cooking and then follows me to my room to see if I give her a little bit of food (again), making a face as if she hasn't eaten in months when she's really fat.
Ya en la noche luego de jugar mucho, toca hacer la cena y obviamente a ella le hacemos su pequeña comida. Le hacemos una arepa chiquita, se la picamos y cuando se enfría, se la damos.
At night, after playing a lot, it's time to make dinner and obviously we make her little meal. We make her a small arepa, we bite it and when it gets cold, we give it to her.
Luego cenamos nosotros y como siempre, me sigue hasta mi cuarto a ver si le doy algo. La verdad me mata su carita cuando pide comida e incluso me da la patita algunas veces.
Then we have dinner and as always, he follows me to my room to see if I give him anything. The truth is that his face kills me when he asks for food and even gives me his paw sometimes.
Después de toda la actividad del día, toca descansar. Misty usualmente se queda dormida a las 10 de la noche cuando mi papá se va a acostar, por lo que usualmente se va a dormir con él. Cuando mi mamá y yo nos vamos a acostar más tarde, ella viene a mi cuarto y duerme conmigo hasta el día siguiente para así, comenzar su linda rutina de nuevo.
After all the activity of the day, it's time to rest. Misty usually falls asleep at 10pm. when my dad goes to bed, so she usually goes to sleep with him. When my mom and I go to bed later, she comes to my room and sleeps with me until the next day so she can start her nice routine again.
