Aww man, those lucky puppies! I take it spaying surgeries are not very available there. Most pets in the US get spayed or neutered so they don't have offspring.

It was all so sudden on the hike. They were for real lucky, and happiness was saving all of them.
Here in towns there's the spaying provision and happens every year. It was a remote place & You are right, there are not much an option on such places. Hopeful those provisions will come there as well.
