Because of time, which is passing too fast, I had not been able to talk about some changes in the house and in my cat son Peppe.
For those who already know me, you know that Pepperoni is the name of my cat son. He has been with me for a year and three months. 🐈💕
In this new post of Talking about Peppe, I want to tell you or rather, tell you the story of what Peppe had been doing behind my back. 🧐
¡Hola mis queridos amantes de los animales! Deseaba hace días pasar por esta bella comunidad ya que hay mucho que contar.
Por motivo de tiempo, el cual está pasando demasiado rápido, no había podido hablar de algunos cambios en la casa y en mi hijo gatuno Peppe.
Para los que ya me conocen, saben que Pepperoni es el nombre de mi hijo gatuno. Quien ya lleva conmigo un año y tres meses. 🐈💕
En este nuevo post de Hablando de Peppe, quiero contarles o mejor dicho, echarles el cuento de lo que Peppe había estado haciendo a escondidas mías. 🧐

It turns out that I have let time pass and have not yet gone to the vet with Peppe to have him neutered or spayed.
He had given no indication that he was looking to mate because he continued his puppy and spoiled cat behavior.
I mean, he was always at home, always cuddly, tender, he followed me everywhere, when I was going or coming from work I found him wherever he was.
But I did notice that he slept more than usual. He has always been a sleepy as all cats, he is also super sweet and playful, in fact he still is and quite a lot.
He likes to go out in the yard to run like crazy and unload energy, he likes to be chased and pretend I'm going to catch him and he starts running like a wild rabbit all over the yard.
Ok, I haven't seen a wild rabbit hahahahaha, but he has similar legs and since he is fat, he looks like that when he runs. The wild is out of affection. 🤭😼

Resulta que he dejado pasar el tiempo y aún no he ido al veterinario con Peppe para que lo castren o hacerle la esterilización.
No había dado indicios de que estuviera buscando para aparearse porque seguía con su conducta de cachorro y gato consentido.
Me refiero a que, siempre estaba en casa, siempre meloso, tierno, me seguía a todos lados, cuando iba o venía del trabajo lo encontraba donde quedaba.
Pero sí notaba que dormía más de lo normal. Él siempre ha sido un dormilón como todos los gatos, también es súper meloso y juguetón, de hecho aún lo es y bastante.
Le gusta salir al patio a correr como un loco y descargar energías, le gusta que lo persiga y que haga como si lo voy atrapar y se pone a correr como un conejo salvaje por todo el patio.
Ok, no he visto un conejo salvaje corriendo jajajajaja, pero tiene las patas similares y como es gordo, se ve así cuando corre. Lo de salvaje es por cariño. 🤭😼

But apart from all that, I began to notice the occasional snarl. Peppe is not a cat that likes to fight with others, in fact when he sees other cats fighting he runs and runs into the house scared.
There is one male cat in particular who is from another street but sometimes he shows up here and I always have to shoo him away because he is jealous of Peppe.
So when I started noticing those scratches, I thought they were from the other cat that sometimes looks for him to fight.
It's normal for males, they want to take over the land where there are female cats so they can mate with them.
But as Peppe was not yet aware of female cats, he had not had any problems with cat fights.
Besides, it always happened indoors. For those of you reading me for the first time, I usually leave the window open for Peppe to go out and do his business and also to play in the yard.
He likes to run around while he catches some sun.

Pero aparte de todo eso, comencé a notarle uno que otro aruño. Peppe no es un gato que le gusta pelear con otros, de hecho cuando ve a otros gatos peleando él corre y se mete a la casa asustado.
Hay un gato macho en particular que es de otra calle pero a veces se aparece por aquí y siempre tengo que espantarlo porque le tiene celos a Peppe.
Así que cuando comencé a notarle esos aruños, pensé que eran de el otro gato que a veces lo buscaba para pelear.
Es normal en los machos, ellos quieren adueñarse de los terrenos donde hay gatos hembras para poder aparearlas.
Pero como Peppe no estaba pendiente aún de gatas, no había tenido problemas de peleas de gatos.
Además que siempre pasaba dentro de casa. Para los que me leen por primera vez, suelo dejarle la ventana abierta a Peppe para que salga y haga sus necesidades y también para que juegue en el patio.
Le gusta dar vueltas mientras agarra un poco de sol.
One day when I arrived home quite late from work, heard a cat fight but I did not give it importance, so I opened the door and later when I went to sleep heard the sounds near my window.
I notice that Peppe is not home 😳😱 and I open the window to see if it is the bad cat fighting with him, to my surprise it turned out to be the Peppe riding a cat.
When he notices that I opened the window, he runs out, I hear him coming in through the front window until he comes to my room.
He meows at me tenderly and cute and gets on his little bed next to mine, as if nothing had happened. Very relaxed and calm.
I was amazed, because he was my baby and I hadn't seen him even sniffing the cats that pass by the house.
So I was worried because I knew the origin of his cuddles.

Cierto día al llegar a la casa bastante tarde del trabajo, escucho una pelea de gatos pero no le dí importancia, así que abrí la puerta y al rato cuando me fui a dormir escuché nuevamente los sonidos pero cerca de la ventana de mi habitación.
Noté que Peppe no estaba en casa 😳😱 y abrí la ventana para ver si era el gato malo que estaba peleando con él, para mí sorpresa resultaba que era el Peppe montando a una gata.
Cuando notó que abrí la ventana y lo ví, salió corriendo, lo escuché entrar por la ventana de al frente de la casa hasta que vino a mi habitación.
Me maulló tierno y lindo y se montó en su camita que está al lado de la mía, como si nada hubiera pasado. Muy relajado y tranquilo.
Yo estaba asombrada, pues era mi bebé y no lo había visto ni si quiera oliendo a las gatas que pasan cerca de casa.
Así que me preocupé porque sabía el orígen de sus aruños. 🤦🏻♀️😥
After that, I noticed that Peppe used to go out when I went to work and when I slept.
Several times I saw him coming into the house in the early morning while I was going to the bathroom, others before coming home from work.
But after a while, everything went back to normal. Or so I thought. 🤭
One day, when I got home, I was in the garden, in the garden's pots, which by the way were quite abandoned. There were some cute, small and tender kittens sleeping peacefully.
I was very surprised to see them, since they were not there when I had left hours before.
The cat that Peppe was riding appeared, she was a cat that always hangs out in the street where I live, I call her the yellow one because she has a yellow to orange fur.
She climbed on the matero (porrón) and gave them to nurse, because obviously they were hers. I had not noticed that she was pregnant because she spends more time in the house next door than in mine.
Después de eso, notaba que Peppe aprovechaba a salir cuando me iba a trabajar y cuando dormía.
Varias veces lo ví entrando a la casa en la madrugada mientras iba al baño, otras antes de llegar del trabajo.
Pero después de cierto tiempo, todo volvió a la normalidad. O al menos eso pensaba. 🤭
Ya que un día al llegar a la casa, en los materos (porrones) del jardín, que por cierto estaban bien abandonados. Estaban unos lindos, pequeños y tiernos gatitos durmiendo tranquilamente.
Me sorprendió mucho verlos, pues no estaban ahí cuando había salido horas antes.
La gata que Peppe estaba apareando apareció, era una gata que siempre se la pasa por la calle donde vivo, le digo la amarilla porque es catira de pelaje entre amarillo y anaranjado.
Ella se subió al matero (porrón) y les dió de amamantar, pues obviamente eran de ella. Yo no había notado que estaba embarazada porque ella pasa más en la casa de al lado que en la mía.

She always runs away from him, and that cat's fur is white with black.
The funniest thing of all is that the cat brought the kittens here to the house, sort of saying: they are Peppe's, let him and grandma take care of them.
She left them alone for two days in a row, she didn't show up and I was already worried because they needed to be nursed.
But then he showed up and I calmed down a bit. She had four (4) kittens, three males and one female.
Currently after almost a month, she has 2 left, one male and one female. The other two were taken away 😣.
Now I have the cat who spends every day here in the house but always stays outside, and next to her the two kittens.
Peppe sees them, sniffs them, even licks them, and does nothing to them. He lets them play with his tail, sometimes they tease him and he moves to another place where they don't chase him.
When he walks, he is always careful not to step on them, that is very funny and at the same time tender on his part. It's cute that he doesn't want to hurt or harm them.
Para muestra un botón, como dicen por ahí. Es más que evidente que son hijos de Peppe, por aquí no hay muchos gatos y al gato malo, esa gata en específico al igual que Peppe, le tiene mucho terror.
Siempre le huye, y el pelaje de ese gato es blanco con negro.
Lo más gracioso de todo es que la gata trajera a los gatitos aquí a la casa, algo así como diciendo: son de Peppe, que él y la abuela se encarguen.
Es que los dejo por dos días seguidos, solos, no aparecía y ya estaba preocupada pues necesitaban ser amamantados.
Pero luego apareció y me calme un poco. Tuvo cuatro (4) gatitos, tres machos y una hembra.
Actualmente después de casi un mes, le quedan 2, un macho y la hembra. Pues los otros dos se los llevaron 😣.
Ahora tengo a la gata que pasa todos los días aquí en la casa pero siempre se mantiene afuera, y junto a ella los dos gatitos.
Peppe los ve, los olfatea, hasta los lamea, y no les hace nada. Los deja jugar con su cola, algunas veces lo fastidian y se mueve a otro lugar donde ellos no lo persigan.
Cuando camina, siempre esta con cuidado de no pisarlos, eso es muy gracioso y a la vez tierno de su parte. Pues es lindo que no les quiera hacer daño ni lastimarlos.
Once again I am starting to have more cats. But this year I do plan to send Peppe to be sterilized, I don't want to get him more scratched and I don't want to fill the house with cats.

I want a fat cat too, they look so cool, but I can't have one since my kids are still a bit young and I don't want them to get allergies, I love cats, they are grumpy and have strong personalities.
