Hello everyone,
So as I promised in my introduction post, I will share with you now my 6 cats and each of their stories and how we got to have 6 at the same time although we were not intending on doing so!

Entonces, como prometí en mi publicación de introducción, compartiré con ustedes ahora mis 6 gatos y cada una de sus historias y cómo llegamos a tener 6 al mismo tiempo, ¡aunque no teníamos la intención de hacerlo!
The first two cats:
Los dos primeros gatos:
I am going to share these two at the same time because we got them together. So the first one is named "Leo" and the second one is called "Luna". Leo and Luna are from the same mother so they are basically siblings :p.
Two years ago, my dad was once working in a small basement for his friend, and he found them alone and lost with their mom nowhere to be found. He started giving them food for a couple of days to see if their mother will show up but she didn't. This is when he decided he will take them home and so he did and we started taking care of them.
With my mom not being a fan of pets, it was a bit hard to convince her but eventually she was taken by the cuteness and they grew much on her.
And this is basically how we got Leo and Luna and they been with us for 2 years now.
Voy a compartir estos dos al mismo tiempo porque los juntamos. Entonces, el primero se llama "Leo" y el segundo se llama "Luna". Leo y Luna son de la misma madre por lo que básicamente son hermanos: p.
Hace dos años, mi papá una vez estaba trabajando en un pequeño sótano para su amigo, y los encontró solos y perdidos con su mamá en ninguna parte. Comenzó a darles comida durante un par de días para ver si su madre aparecía, pero ella no lo hizo. Fue entonces cuando decidió que los llevaría a casa y así lo hizo y comenzamos a cuidarlos.
Como mi madre no era fanática de las mascotas, fue un poco difícil convencerla, pero finalmente fue cautivada por la ternura y crecieron mucho en ella.
Y así es básicamente como conseguimos a Leo y Luna y ellos han estado con nosotros durante 2 años.
The third cat:
El tercer gato:
This is "Jaljouaa". And Jaljouaa is arabic word for someone who does not know his limit or does not know when to stop. And that's where she got her name from cause she's always causing a mess and doesn't know when to stop :p.
However, she is the smartest between all of my cats. And she's cute isn't she? :p
So basically after 6 months of having Leo and Luna, someone in our neighborhood wanted to give Jaljouaa away because he didn't have time to raise her anymore. So he knew we had 2 cats and asked us if we can take a third one.
Although we were not intending on doing so, we had to take her for her not to stay outside in case nobody took her in. And this is how we had her ever since.
Esto es "Jaljouaa". Y Jaljouaa es una palabra árabe para alguien que no conoce su límite o no sabe cuándo detenerse. Y de ahí es de donde obtuvo su nombre porque siempre está causando un lío y no sabe cuándo parar: p.
Sin embargo, ella es la más inteligente entre todos mis gatos. Y ella es linda, ¿no es así? :pags
Entonces, básicamente, después de 6 meses de tener a Leo y Luna, alguien en nuestro vecindario quería regalar a Jaljouaa porque ya no tenía tiempo para criarla. Entonces él sabía que teníamos 2 gatos y nos preguntó si podíamos tomar un tercero.
Aunque no teníamos la intención de hacerlo, tuvimos que llevarla por ella para que no se quedara afuera por si nadie la acogía. Y así la tuvimos desde entonces.
The fourth cat:
El cuarto gato:
This is Akali. Akali is the daughter of Leo and Jaljouaa. So being born and raised here, we of course couldn't let her go or give her to anyone so she was raised here and now she is 1 year old.
Esta es Akali. Akali es la hija de Leo y Jaljouaa. Así que al nacer y criarme aquí, por supuesto que no podíamos dejarla ir ni dársela a nadie, así que se crió aquí y ahora tiene 1 año.
The fifth cat:
El quinto gato:
Here we have Lilo. Lilo have a very sad story. We found her outside a couple months ago, her eyes were buffing wide out and one of her legs was flat on ground so she basically was walking on 3 and dragging the 4th.
We took her to a vet and he said her eyes caught a virus and it was too late to do anything to it and her leg was broken before and fixed by itself but in a wrong way that is why its flat and it needs to be cut because it won't go back how it was.
So her vision was taken away and we did her a small operation just to remove all the virus and plasma that was eating away her eyes. However, we did not listen to the vet about her leg and my sister kept giving her physiotherapy everyday and thankfully her leg went back to how it is and now she is walking just fine.
And trust me when I tell you, we don't even feel like she can't see. It is as if she can see with all her other senses!
Aquí tenemos a Lilo. Lilo tiene una historia muy triste. La encontramos afuera hace un par de meses, sus ojos estaban muy abiertos y una de sus piernas estaba plana en el suelo, por lo que básicamente caminaba en 3 y arrastraba la 4ta.
La llevamos a un veterinario y él dijo que sus ojos se contagiaron de un virus y que era demasiado tarde para hacerle algo y que su pierna estaba rota antes y arreglada sola pero de una manera incorrecta, por eso es plana y necesita ser cortada. porque no volverá a ser como era.
Así que le quitaron la vista y le hicimos una pequeña operación solo para eliminar todo el virus y el plasma que le devoraban los ojos. Sin embargo, no escuchamos al veterinario sobre su pierna y mi hermana siguió dándole fisioterapia todos los días y, afortunadamente, su pierna volvió a estar como está y ahora camina muy bien.
Y créame cuando le digo que ni siquiera sentimos que ella no pueda ver. ¡Es como si pudiera ver con todos sus otros sentidos!
The sixth cat:

And finally we have Skye!
We also found Skye outside 2-3 months ago and she was so skinny and small that we could not leave her outside. So we took and kept her in, fed her and we were intending on giving her for adoption so I put her pictures on many apps but she had no luck. And I can't give her to any organization because organizations in my country suck.
So after not being lucky to find someone to take her for a couple of weeks, she grew a lot on us and became part of the family so we decided to keep her!
¡Y finalmente tenemos a Skye!
También encontramos a Skye afuera hace 2-3 meses y estaba tan delgada y pequeña que no podíamos dejarla afuera. Así que la tomamos y la dejamos, la alimentamos y teníamos la intención de darla en adopción, así que puse sus fotos en muchas aplicaciones, pero no tuvo suerte. Y no puedo entregarla a ninguna organización porque las organizaciones en mi país apestan.
Entonces, después de no tener la suerte de encontrar a alguien que la llevara durante un par de semanas, ella creció mucho en nosotros y se convirtió en parte de la familia, ¡así que decidimos quedarnos con ella!
Sure it might be hard and expensive to keep 6 cats, but they make it worthwhile and these pour souls always deserve the best care <3
Seguro que puede ser difícil y costoso tener 6 gatos, pero hacen que valga la pena y estas almas derramadas siempre merecen la mejor atención <3

oh my goodness! what wonderful tales on how you met your furry family 😺 they are all so very lucky to have you as their pet owner, Lilo more so because you have such a big heart for caring for her like that! Skye obviously looks like a furry ball of energy 😸 and a beautiful family Leo and Jaljouaa have made with their beautiful daughter, Akali, tho she looks like she takes after her aunt, Luna huh? Intelligent creatures cats are, we actually take care of a dozen at the moment 😁 thank you for sharing your touching story of your cats and hope to see you share more about them in your future posts!

Que bueno que les cambiaste para bien la vida a esos 6 gatos, son lindos todos, yo tengo 4 y una perrita, si pudiera tendría más, los animalitos son seres tan indefensos, maravillosos y agradecidos. Saludos.
