Since Camila came into my life everything changed completely, the days became happier, the afternoons were filled with joy and in the evenings I stopped feeling lonely, as incredible as it may seem she came loaded with great energy, a lot of kindness and a noble and kind spirit, which is only capable of transmitting love, courage and serenity. From the first moment I dedicated myself completely to make her stay with me a full one. That is why I took care of every aspect of his daily life, trying to cover any lack so that he would no longer be a simple pet, but would become an integral part of my family.

Etapa Superada
Desde que Camila llegó a mi vida todo cambió por completo, los días se hicieron más felices, las tardes se llenaron de alegría y en las noches dejé de sentirme solo, por increíble que parezca ella vino cargada de grandes energías, mucha bondad y un espíritu noble y bondadoso, el cual solo es capaz de transmitir amor, valentía y serenidad. Desde el primer momento me dediqué por completo a que su estadía conmigo fuera plena. Es por ello que me preocupé por cada aspecto de su cotidianidad, buscando cubrir cualquier falta para que de esta manera que ya no fuera una simple mascota, sino que se convirtiera en parte integral de mi familia.

Very quickly she won the love of all, she only knows love, games and happiness, in her there is no trace of evil, since in her way of acting only attitudes of a curious, naive and somewhat jealous mind are evident. Little by little she understood the rules of the house and in this way we began a stage of life where we only had to finish meshing with each other, which has been achieved over the months, thus generating a unique complementarity, which is mutually beneficial and therefore, makes us very happy.
Muy rápidamente se ganó el amor de todos, ella solo conoce el amor, los juegos y la felicidad, en ella no existe vestigio de maldad, puesto que en su forma de actuar solo se evidencian actitudes de una mente curiosa, ingenua y un tanto celosa. Poco a poco entendió las reglas de la casa y de esta forma empezamos una etapa de vida en donde solo quedaba terminar de engranar uno con el otro, lo cual se ha ido logrando a lo largo de los meses, generando de esta manera una complementariedad única, la cual es mutuamente beneficiosa y por lo cual, nos hace muy felices.

A principios de año comencé a notar cambios extraños en el comportamiento de Camila, todo empezaría con una repentina pérdida de apetito, actitud somnolienta e inconsistencias en su comportamiento, esto debido a que la percibía un poco más lenta, sin mucho ánimo y tal vez un tanto triste, de pronto comenzaron a aparecer marcas rojas a lo largo de su cuerpo y fue justo en ese instante cuando decidí buscar ayuda de un especialista.
This was a problem that was getting out of my hands, little by little I was seeing how my great friend was fading away and I did not want this to result in a fatality, for this reason I went to a veterinary clinic, and they immediately performed several studies. To my surprise the results were somewhat frightening, Camila presented a severe anemia and everything seemed to point out that she was suffering from Erlichiosis, really the first time I heard about them, but they explained to me that it is a condition transmitted by the tick, according to the doctor the transmission could have been done through the bite of one of these insects, but it could also have been transmitted by the mother at the time of delivery.
Este era un problema que se estaba escapando de mis manos, poco a poco estaba viendo como mi gran amiga se apagaba y no quería que esto resultara en una fatalidad, por esta razón me acerqué hace una clínica veterinaria, y de forma inmediata le realizaron varios estudios. Para mi sorpresa los resultados fueron un tanto aterradores, Camila presentaba una anemia severa y todo parecía apuntar a que estaba padeciendo de Erlichiosis, realmente primera vez que escuchaba sobre ellos, pero me explicaron que se trata de una afección transmitida por la garrapata, según la doctora la transmisión se pudo haber realizado a través de la picadura de uno de estos insectos, pero también pudo haber sido transmitida por la madre al momento del parto.
Once the panorama was clarified, they indicated me an adequate treatment to overcome this stage and at the same time they suggested me to completely reformulate her daily diet, in which she should include much more proteins, besides they completely changed the perrarine I was giving her, substituting it for one of plaice that apparently contains many more nutrients and vitamins.
Una vez aclarado el panorama me indicaron un tratamiento adecuado para superar esta etapa y al mismo tiempo me sugirieron reformular por completo su dieta diaria, en la cual debería incluir mucha más proteínas, aparte de que me cambiaron por completo la perrarina que le estaba dando, sustituyéndola por una de solla que al parecer contiene muchos más nutrientes y vitaminas.
Today fortunately I can say that Camila is fully recovered, while the treatments and the diet implemented have managed to regain the lost weight, today she is happy and very energetic again, with good appetite and eager to play. On the other hand, I was calmer and happier for having acted at the right time and thus avoiding a situation that could have been terrible if it had continued. Little by little one learns to distinguish the signals that our furry ones give us to indicate that they feel bad, so we can act accordingly and guarantee them a good quality of life, which will allow them to be happy and continue overflowing their love on all of us.
Hoy afortunadamente puedo decir que Camila se encuentra totalmente recuperada, mientras que los tratamientos y la dieta implementada han logrado recuperar el peso perdido, hoy se encuentra nuevamente feliz y muy enérgica, con buen apetito y con muchas ganas de jugar. Por otro lado, yo estaba más tranquilo y contento por haber actuado en el momento adecuado y evitar de esta manera una situación que de haber continuado pudo haber sido terrible. Poco a poco uno va aprendiendo a distinguir las señales que nuestros peludos nos dan para indicarnos que se sienten mal y así poder actuar en consecuencia y garantizarles una buena calidad de vida, la cual les permita ser felices y seguir desbordando su amor sobre todos nosotros.
