I thought about something like an AMA too. Maybe not a classic AMA which is very one-sided in my view, but an open conversation round. So more a regular open dialogue. Or at least a regular time frame where somebody is available in a voice channel. But a dialogue in a bigger group would maybe better, because not only good ideas can grow out of it, but it is good for delivering feedback too. Maybe the best would be a combination of both.
And the other thing, the governance token... could help and solve on some urgent things. I like the idea too (was mine). But more important is meat behind the doings of CCCEO. So, I mean there should be a roadmap (likely coordinated with the community) or similar and visible progress. I see it like this & I assume many others too. It is going into the direction @dewabrata asked too: "How can I support or take participation in a project that I even do not know where it will go... ?"
