Awesome stuff! My boyfriend has already done similar things for work. Over a year ago, he was given the task to lead the team getting their ISO certification and he had never done anything like it before.
The first year was a struggle and he was seriously frustrated going through the documents and re-writing them etc. The second year (recently) he decided to put AI to work so he was sure of the steps that needed to be taken as well as all the processes and needed documentation. He now only needed to check if everything was suitable for the business.
He became a true fan because of this, he saw how much work this saves and how you can learn complicated things much faster by putting AI to work..
