I am currently using Ecency (formerly eSteem) on my Alcatel 1S (Android 10).
This is a good (my favourite) smartphone app for the Hive blockchain in my opinion.

Yes, the two best: dapplr and ecency (Both are links to their respective sites in the Android store, I don't know if they have versions for IOS).
You can use the same Steemit passwords to login to HIVE, but I strongly recommend you to change them when you log in.
