Our total team engagement score is 812 this week!
Sorry for posting so late. The week was quite insane - a 40-hour train trip from Kolkata to Mumbai and a flight from India to Georgia, with much preparation before both trips.
Best posts of the week
And that's the best post of the week, by @theworldaroundme:
It looks like such summaries not only can generate views but make people follow the account - threads.com/@worlddigestjournal already has 172 followers, a very good result:
I guess, if you, @theworldaroundme, post more often, it can really work. Probably, watching r/goodnews, r/interestingaf, etc can help create more posts for worlddigestjournal...
The week's second- and third-biggest posts are mine (threads.com/@za7gorami):
Both posts aren't just shared photos but include a question that helps people to engage:
- "Are there fans of abandoned buildings on Threads or I am alone like that?"
- "Why do you like walking at old cemeteries?"
Both abandoned buildings and old cemeteries have many fans so I hoped some of them would be attracted by my nice pics and comment to express their individuality, and that calculation worked.
If you haven't yet joined...
Anybody can enter the contest by posting stats of their four most popular Threads posts and 1 Threads comment below another Hiver's Threads post - check out (the details here). We don't share Hive links on Threads, but trying to grow our Threads skill and following.

Not sure, it dries up in my experience.
Some things that do really well on Reddit don’t do well on Threads, and vice versa. You’re at the mercy of the algo on Threads and the algo isn't a friend. It's really hard to anticipate or predict how many views you’ll get. I posted a viral post that only got 2 views, haha! That’s based on my experience so far. Even when you have lots of followers, a post can still get really ignored. It’s like fishing in the ocean. So you don't get an honest result in every post and can be disappointing. Maybe they are still on trials as it is new.
We can share threads stats before 15 September?? Is it?? I'm confused....
Before Sept 22 here https://peakd.com/hive-197333/@x-rain/hiveposh-threads-contest-10
Thank you
I'll give my entry this week
Good! 😎
