हमारे सड़क वाले मंत्री साहब को एथानॉल से विशेष प्यार है। तभी तो उन्होंने कहाँ तो 10% का टारगेट था, उसे बढ़ाकर 20% और यहाँ तक कि 30% तक कर दिया है। अब 20% तो पेट्रोल में एथानॉल मिलाया ही जा रहा है। भगवान जाने वास्तव में कितना है।
पर मैं तो उस दिन का इंतजार कर रहा हूँ जब पेट्रोल पंपों पर 100% पेट्रोल की जगह एथानॉल बिकेगा। सच कहूँ तो हमारे तो मजे आ जाएंगे। हमारे बिहार में शराबबंदी है। दारू मिलना बड़ा मुश्किल हो रखा है। जब दारू के लिए जुगाड़ लगाओ तो पुलिस पकड़ लेगी, इस बात का खतरा बना रहता है। जब शतप्रतिशत शुद्ध एथानॉल मिलने लगेगा तो करना बस ये है कि मैं खाली बोतल लेकर पेट्रोल पम्प पर चल जाऊंगा। 100 रुपये में एक लीटर एथानॉल लेकर बस उसमें पानी ही तो मिलाना है। आराम से दो चार बोतल ह्विस्की के बराबर तो दारू एक लीटर एथानॉल में बन जाएगी।
इस तरह जो दारू 500 की बोतल आती है उतने में 25 रुपये में काम हो जाएगा। इसे कहते हैं आपदा को अवसर में बदलना।
