img sur Its okey to be emotionally drained and confused about some kind things maybe it might be the way to follow in life or about the pattern which one sees and he's confused because of some disagreement on his mind and some discouraging words that got into his mind that make me feels uncomfortable and confused about achieving the right mindset towards the goals,I just don't look for people who can keep Moving,I look for those who have scares before reaching to where they are because I believe that they have the right words and can feed me with all I need to be in the same position they are.i make those who have similar goal with me my friends because most times we share the same ideas and mindsets,it makes me antisocial atimes. Most times when I feel this way the first thing I do is to relax,I give myself break from everything and most times including eating just to focus and move into deep meditation,most times it takes days or hours because it's a life decision which am about to make and if I just rush into it I might regret it forever I take away all the thing that blocks my mind from concreting.
Secondly after that long time I come to a conclusion of what to do then still watch and make sure I am on track,then I become friend to people's fails and success, watching closely their fails and the way they handle it and also keeping a positive mindset because I believe that even if I learn and store all this in my heart, without a positive mindset I will still come back to where I was before partaking in the journey,so I try by all miss to believe in what am about to achieve even in bad time's. When ever I feel motivated I keep on moving always because I believe that nothing comes that easy most time you have to work for years before achieving some certain goals,this are things i do when ever I need motivation.
