The Air quality index has been a big problem from last few weeks. I was getting updates about metro cities that it's very bad there and kind of hazardous but now it's spreading to tier 2 and tier 3 cities and towns. It's understandable that why the air quality is not good in bigger cities. The major reasons are like- construction works, more vehicles and less trees in metro cities but in small towns this is not the scenario. Its not easy for many people to construct houses in small towns and even not everyone owns car but in metro cities people can afford this and they own such things.
I today checked the AQI at my place and it's also not good. The place is live is a small towns and it has got a lot of trees around. Very few people own cars and still a lot of people use cycles. So I think that here the AQI is not because of the town but it's a spread from other places.
It's obvious if some cities and states are facing clean air problem then it will also spread to other places and the same is happening now. Bad air affect us badly from the health point of view and creates a lot of issues to children and aged people so government must get serious and do something to reduce the air pollution.
Many people choose to live in small towns and villages because of healthy lifestyle and better air but looks like this is not going to be like that and this is not really good. It's high time when the government must take the required measures to improve air quality so that normal people can breath properly and their health is not affected.
Now I am thinking that I should avoid going outside much and stay indoors but that's not the real solution. This time even outdoor fitness activities are not recommended because it will not be good. Thank you!
