What is a man who does not make progress or at least attempts to make progress? I don't know, but definitely not Graat.
Having joined Hive few months ago and experiencing the Blockchain and a whole lot of things within, I fell in love with it. Consequently, I have delved deep into the Web3 exploring it's contents and admitting that I have a long way to go but willing to go this long way and even extra if need be.

My hive goals would be divided into short term and long term goals, because I have come to stay, lol.
I would also subdivide it into Reputation, Hive, Hive power, HBD and Tokens.
SHORT TERM
Reputation; My short term goal is to achieve a reputation of 70 before the year runs out. I don't know how feasible this is but I will try and see how it goes. I am currently at 60 as at the time of writing this post.
Hive; so far, all the Hive I have have been gotten from winning one contest or the other and I have 4, so I don't think it's so easy accumulating it except I begin to convert HP or HBD. Hence, achieving a total of 100 Hive by December won't be bad.
HP; Becoming powerful on Hive requires Hive power and I would love to have this in abundance. A lot of times, I have come across posts that are worthwhile but unrewarded, but I can't do much because I have little power on the system. My short term HP goal is to amass 2000HP so that my vote power would come up a bit. I am currently at 100HP
HBD; I hope to achieve anything above 100HBD in the short term in preparation for possible power up.
Tokens; I want to acquire all the tokens in substantial amounts.
LONG TERM
Reputation; If I am able to achieve the previous stated value, I will then adjust my goal to achieve 80 reputation score by December of 2025 but I expect this to take more effort because from my experience and observation, the rate of increase in reputation keeps decreasing as you climb the Hive ladder.
Hive; I will love to have as much as 1000 Hive in my wallet by same 2025 December.
HP; I expect to have about 60,000HP even if it means converting my Hives and HBD which is why I want to accumulate all these.
HBD; I don't have any specific number but as much as possible to help me get more HP when that time comes.
Tokens; I hope to have enough to give out in various contests by this time because I would host a good number of them.
These goals are much but achievable especially if I give my time to Hive, so it becomes a matter of when and not if. But I will take it one day at a time and see how it goes, no pressure!

When I reach my short term goals, I would have acquired enough knowledge and connection with the right people to organise communities and contests that would be beneficial to other hive creators.
So yes! I will shift from strictly content creation to encouragement of content creators in addition to whatever I wish to continue doing.
By the time I reach my long term goals, I expect to have enough resources to ensure that every image, design or illustration used belongs to me.
I would also be able to reward quality contents with upvotes as I would have a lot of HP then.

STOPGood thing you included reputations as well. As not many people think about reputation as their Hive goals. I was very happy when I crossed 70. But every next level is ten times harder than the last so it will take a lot of time to reach 80.
Btw, I loved the thumbnail/photo idea.
