When I think about how much I need to stay free from financial issues, I realize it’s not just about having plenty of money, but about having enough to live comfortably, achieve my dreams, and handle unexpected situations without stress. From my past reflections and the way I’ve written about my goals and thoughts, I know that money plays a quiet but important role in almost every area of my life. Though, It’s not everything.
Looking at the things I’ve often written about my life and future, I can tell that stability, personal growth, and the freedom to live without unnecessary worries is what I value. To stay free from financial issues, I would need enough money to cover my needs which include food, housing, healthcare, family support and my education and then extend it to supporting my community and the society at large. Having the money that can take care of these needs would remove a big part of financial stress.
I want to start a business, create opportunities, and perhaps even build a life where I can help others. To reach that point, I would need more than just enough to get by. I would need financial security that allows me to invest, to grow, and to take calculated risks without fear of losing everything. That means having savings, emergency funds, and enough income sources to stay stable even if one fails. To live freely and fulfill all my desires, I would also want the kind of money that lets me travel, learn new things and new places, and also to support my family without feeling limited.
If I think of the future I dream of, I would say being financially secure means having about $100,000 as a foundation and then a stable monthly income of at least $3,000 to $5,000. With that, I could cover all expenses, keep saving, and plan ahead for both personal and family needs.
But of a truth, financial freedom doesn’t only come from how much money I need or have, it also depends on how I manage it. Sometimes, it’s not the size of income that matters, but the discipline behind it and also it’s not about being rich for show, It’s about having financial peace, the ability to afford what I need, pursue what I want, and still have something saved for the future. It’s about living without the fear of sudden bills, without debts hanging over my head, and without feeling stuck because of lack of money. To be very honest, it would take a lot to reach that point. Not because I can’t be happy with less, but because to fulfill all my desires and build the kind of future I dream of, I would need plenty of money and the wisdom to use it well.
