Are we really out of the Health Crises

Today morning I get to hear of one more death. An Indian comedian actor passed away due to a stroke after a long battle in hospital. These type of news are very common now, almost every second day we keep hearing about such things.

At the beginning of 2020 we were hit by something that we never expected or imagined in our wildest dream. Covid came up and our lives got completely disrupted. It took more than 2 years for our lives to kind of stabilize again from all the norms and restrictions. But now almost 3 years from there, do we really think that these health crises are completely resolved. Suddenly we are hearing of so many heart stroke cases since the last 1 year. At regular intervals we keep hearing of people dying of Heart strokes. So many famous personalities, celebrities have also died due to heart strokes in the last 1 year. Imagine then how many common people must be also dying and we would not even know about it. It is sad to keep hearing these things so commonly nowadays.

After Covid, Heart strokes has been on a steep rise and it is scary to keep hearing about it on a regular basis. We do not know what is the reason for this stroke increase. Is it some after effects of Covid or is it due to the lifestyle adhered to during Covid times, that could also be stress, anxiety, unhealthy lifestyle and some even attribute it to the Vaccines side effects. Well, there are no concrete evidences on any of the reasons, these or any other, Hence it is difficult to pin point on the exact cause for the increased heart strokes.

Our body has gone through a very toxic environment in the last 3 years now, physically and mentally and hence it becomes very important for us to be mindful about out health and not ignore any symptoms, even if they seem to be very insignificant. Because that's where we miss out. We do not catch the early signs and then it leads to bigger devastations. One must remember that no stress in life is more important then our health. We may have issues, but stress adds up to our health deterioration at a speed. Being mindful about our food, bringing calmness to mind, doing physical activity these are some very simple things that we can do.

Life is precious and living it carelessly by doing things that are not healthy for us is like violating our own life. If we are physically healthy then only we can concentrate on other areas of life and live a more whole and meaningful life. No one will be bothered for our health except for our own self. Even very fit people who have been involved in physical activity have been dying due to strokes, which is really very amusing. Hence times are very uncertain, but still we should do whatever is in our capacity for our own health and be very alert to even the early signs that our body is giving and take necessary precautions well in advance before matters get worst.
