What's going on with the HP rental market?
In the last few days the dlease has not been working.
The market is not showing rental offers and participants in rentals are not receiving their respective earnings, as well as those who are requesting a refund are not being attended to.
I am in this position and I will show my opinion on the subject here.
Something unexpected must have happened with the person responsible for the dlease. As far as I know, @thecryptodrive has always been responsible and on another occasion when there was a failure I requested the resolution of the problem and he resolved it in a few days.
We will give the benefit of the doubt and wait for a position taking into account that an unforeseen event, accident, health reason or something else may have occurred.
For those who need to rent HP urgently, there is an alternative on Hive-Engine that is working perfectly.
Since I want to rent HP, I left some offers there.

Nos últimos dias o dlease não está funcionando. O mercado não está mostrando as ofertas de aluguel e os participantes dos aluguéis não estão recebendo os respectivos rendimentos, assim bem como quem está solicitando a devolução de fundos não está a ser atendido.
Eu estou nessa posição e vou mostrar aqui a minha opinião sobre o assunto.
Deve ter acontecido algo inesperado com o responsável pelo dlease. Pelo que sei o @thecryptodrive sempre foi responsável e em outra ocasião em que teve falha eu solicitei a resolução do problema e ele passado alguns dias resolveu.
Vamos dar o benefício da dúvida e aguardar uma posição tendo em atenção que pode ter acontecido um imprevisto, acidente, motivo de saúde ou outra coisa.
Para quem precisar de alugar urgentemente HP tem uma alternativa no Hive-Engine que está funcionando perfeitamente.
Como eu estou querendo alugar HP deixei lá algumas ofertas.

Hello @pataty69. Thanks for voicing the concerns many, such as I, have after 5 days without receiving any payments. Others have also leased to me. I do hope that the individuals(s) operating DLease have not met with any unfortunate event where they can't continue with the site. I have used the sites for over a year, and have met some awesome Hive members in the process of our dealings.
I knew about HiveEngine, but dealt with DLease. I'll have to check them out now.

I've been using dLease occasionally for years, and as you said @thecryptodrive always acted very responsibly. Therefore, I also think, or better to say, I'm afraid something really serious and entirely unexpected must have happened.
On the other hand, if he is the only one operating the site and the only one with access to it - that's not good, exactly for such entirely unforeseen situations.
Besides that, when the Discord channel is the only support we can get, I would expect from admins, developers, or whoever else is part of the team to say something, even if it is, "We don't know what happened, and we can't get in touch with Megadrive (@thecryptodrive)." - It would be a valid info too.
However, I hope and believe things will clear up. I just don't know when and how long we will have to wait.
Last but not least, it's good that you mentioned the Hive-Engine lease option, as for those who may have forgotten it, the same for those who maybe never heard about it.
