In order to keep all my family, friends and clients informed, I decided to post a daily description of the medical procedures and exams carried out during my hospitalization here at the Hospital Regional do Vale do Jaguaribe in Limoeiro do Norte, Ceará Brazil.
Hospitalization report on 03/08/2024
Admission made at 7.00 am with the aim of carrying out a catheterization.
The exam ended at 9:30 am and based on the results presented, it was decided to immediately admit the patient to the medical clinic, room 309, bed 04, in this same hospital.
The hospitalization is intended to carry out all the necessary tests to help the heart committee decide which surgical procedure and which hospital I will be transferred to.
A chest x-ray was performed after lunch.
An ultrasound examination with Doppler was performed on the carotid arteries, which showed no plaques.
Relatório de internamento dia 08/03/2024
Admissão efetuada pelas 7,00 horas com o objetivo de fazer um cateterismo.
Exame terminou as 9,30 horas e pelos resultados apresentados foi decidida a imediata internação na clínica médica sala 309 leito 04 neste mesmo hospital.
A internação se destina a efetuar todos os exames necessários para auxiliar o comité do coração a decidir qual u procedimento cirúrgico e para qual hospital vou ser transferido.
Foi efetuado um raio-x do tórax.
Foi efetuado um exame de ultrassom com doppler às carótidas, que não apresentou placas.
