Hello, Ram Ram, Namaste, Sastriyakal, to all Hive users. Today I'll tell you Why Do We Feel Guilty When We Rest. We all know that rest is necessary for everyone because all of us get tired at our jobs and daily life work and everyone get tired by doing regular work at their offices and jobs. So, they are generally advised to take a good quality rest and proper sleep. But, some of us prefer work more then rest because our work and responsibilities are more important for us than sleep and rest and personally I feel guilt after taking a rest while my work and assignments are incomplete so, I feel that we should not take rest unless and untill our all pending work and assignments are incomplete,
so, we should do our work and all assignments timely so that we don't get any stress later and we can rest without any tension and if we have problem like we can't focus on work if we don't have didn't had proper rest so, we should also take a proper 8 hours sleep so that there is no need to take a long rest for rest of the day and focus on achieveing your goal because if you'll work harder for 5-6 years then you can easily spend your life with joy and happiness rest of the 50-60 years so, work hard for making yoru life like someone's dream life so, keep dreaming, keep achieving your goals.

its ok to rest (and it is necessary to gain energy ) , if you don't do that then it will be not good for you. There is nothing to guilt about , just don't lay down for nothing.
