Hello great people of Hive, you are welcome to my blog.
MY view on the given "theme: a habit that changed my life". The clear truth is that What ever we do every day has a positive or negative impact on us, depending on what each person chooses as a daily routine. For instance, when I set up procedures on how to maintain and handle my daily activities, it enables me to remain focused, think positively, and increase my productivity at my workplace.
Once I get used to a good habit, I continue to grow more courageously and live a more comfortable life.
Not setting up a daily routine might look harmless, but it has different types of negative impacts on us. For example, it makes every activity a bit confusing. Before I created my daily routine, I often found everything scattered before my eyes. I wasn’t very clear about the first step to take. I experienced a lot of negative thoughts which affected my motivation, and when this happened, I always tried to rush things just to cope, but the outcome was never nice. This was because I had no plan set for the day.
Later on, I decided to think deeply and reflect on what to do and the right steps to take. That was when I created my own daily routine to manage my activities.
First, I set 5:00 a.m. as the exact time to wake up and start my day. I spend some quiet time praying to God, thanking Him for all He has done and for what He is about to do. I ask Him to guide and protect me as I step out to my workplace and wherever I go, so that I will return home safely and glorify Him as my personal Lord and Saviour.
After praying, I perform some exercises like jogging and press-ups. This helps me stay active and stretch my body to regain strength.
Then I take my bath, brush my teeth, eat my breakfast, prepare myself, and go to work. This routine helps me stay focused at my workplace and also improves my productivity. I find it interesting — and it continues to help me. I was able to run my daily activities effectively with clear mind, better attitude, became more courageous and comfortable.
