It has some charming details in the bathroom and the doors to the laundry area. Glad to hear the kitchen will get some updates. Agree about the pine floor: it looks great, but most people would rather wake up to a cushioned carpet under their feet in the bedroom. I used to stub my toe all the time on hard floors in the bedroom.
