I would be more than happy to offer my physical labour to help with these various projects, but the round trip is a bit excessive :) I am sure I would learn so much along the way. This looks like it is going to be wonderful, but holy - hell - it is a lot of work. At least it has the throes of being a forever home by the looks of it. :)
