How readily could the plant change focus? Like, if you decided to switch to some other mineral, could you move some stuff around, fiddle with some settings and do bauxite or gypsum etc, or is the whole place built from the ground up, specifically for Ilminite?

It would take a bit of work but the closer the material was to a mineral sand the easy it would be, bauxites process into aluminium is widely different and definitely wouldn't be possible, plus there is already a bauxite refinery up the road :). Gypsum's process in comparison is extremely basic only needing to be crushed and screened to grade, so once again not really compatible. There is talk about expanding into other rare earths but what process we will play in that is yet to be seen.
