Nature is still one of those things i found fascinating, the whole thing keep giving me goosebumps, especially when you don't have to go too far to see or experience it.
This is the case of some common vegetables found around the house or garden, jute malow,african/lagos spinach, okra, and so on
One of my favourite spinach, is the african spinach....
Indeed Africa is blessed, maybe not only Africa but the world at large..
for beautification, the red pigment spinach, because of its reddish flower is no doubt one Vegetables that adds beauty, and talk about nutrients, if properly cooked.
Generally, Spinach family are so rich in nutrients.
Talking about growth, spinach is one of the fastest growing veggie one can see around! it grows rapidly and at the flowering stage, it develops whereas the seeds from the flowers, if properly preserved can be re-planted.
