That's really neat that you are doing a community garden at your building. By community, is the community as in the people who work in the building, or the actual community who live and work around the building?

I think it will be for the community around the building. Although, I suspect it will mostly be our occupants who use it. We lease to a coffee shop, so perhaps some of their customers will try to grow something. They tend to pop by every morning for a cup.
From one of my co-worker's experience, people tend to snipe each other's produce. So, it may not last.
I think I'll probably have to kick it off with some of my own plants.
