I find it fascinating that my attempt to follow the flow of life with a positive attitude taught me a lot of the same lessons you share here and that I found from learning about these principles.
I spent a few years wandering around trying to “tame the monkey mind” and one of the tools that helped me was a daily audit of how each and every thing made me feel and trying to cut out anything negative that didn’t serve an important purpose.
I cut down my news intake to headlines twice a week, stopped checking my phone the first hour of the day and cut certain conversations with certain people
I didn’t want to cut off some friends entirely so I had to have a talk with them “bro, I love you but our conversations about politics suck, I can’t do those anymore, not recklessly and randomly at least, they leave me feeling like shit cause I have other things to focus on”.
I never even thought of how this relates to the law of vibration. I think these laws are programmed into us if we can get passed our own BS 💯

Man that "daily audit" is so key. I feel like that and/or some form of meditation/prayer are the best ways to get past "our own BS". Yea and we definitely have to guard ourselves against those inputs that are off the path to where we're headed. Cant throw off the vibes
