Sounds like this was a wonderful time for you to unwind a little bit but also get some hands on time with other parents! That’s important in a community like homeschooling and I’m glad to see you learned quite a bit! It’s hard for sure and we struggle for sure but know that we have to sacrifice for the little ones, so they can be better off with this instead of social engineering by others!

I did had a lot of fun on that retreat. I thought my social battery would be drained with a whole day of talking amd mingling but it turned out to be so relaxing. And yeah full of learnings.
