***All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy boy, they say***. From my studies and practical experience boy, experience, kids don't remain focused for too long. Their level of focus is limited compared with adults;; this is the same reason why their school activities are planned in such a way that they will be full of activities that build their spirit up.

As parents too, it is very important to put this in as we relate with them on a daily basis. Learning to play like kids most times may be somehow difficult, but a deliberate effort will help us achieve this. Kids are full of energy, and they look for varied ways to dispense it too. Creating activities helps them feel motivated, and this could either be an indoor or outdoor fun activity.
Just yesterday, I engaged my boy with his PHE, and the topic was locomotor movements and non-locomotor movements. As we progressed, I noticed that he was finding it difficult to differentiate between the two.
What I did was to simply develop a play around it, and before long he was good with the topic. Kids learn more practically and in a playful way than in a tense environment. Doing this makes the kids more at home with what they are being taught; for a child who finds it difficult to count and sort items by colors, getting a more practical teaching aid will greatly help such a child do better.
Go all out today and be that help your kids are looking for
