On this day I want to share with you the importance of telling stories to our little ones; It is something that we must take into account at the time of teaching since it implies narrations of facts or past events, that a character lives between the lines and has to be exposed orally to the little ones. It is an art! In addition, they stimulate the imagination, because while the story is told, the brain is in operation, transferring the child to that place, environment, giving the mental idea of ??each character and their actions.
En este día quiero compartirte la importancia de contar historias a nuestros pequeños; es algo que debemos tomar en cuenta a la hora de la enseñanza puesto que implica narraciones de hechos o sucesos pasados, que entre líneas vive un personaje y ha de exponerse de forma oral a los chiquitines ¡Es todo un arte! además que estimulan la imaginación, porque mientras el relato es contado el cerebro esta en funcionamiento trasladando al pequeño a ese lugar, entorno, dando la idea mental de cada personaje y sus acciones.

I grew up as a girl who loved reading, which has made me, over the years of life, a person who easily interprets texts, writes, develops stories as well as scripts, interprets characters and plays; For many an interesting woman (as they have let me know hehe) since I always have a topic of interest to talk about and knowledge to contribute to other people's topics. I grew up between reading books and stories; which is a true activator of neurons, mind and creativity. So, my daughters love books and reading, this broadens their vision in life.
Como padres es importante dedicar momentos de lectura; bien sea, por las noches antes de dormir o por la tarde en un tiempito preparado y dedicado para ello, lo que despierta y activa en ellos el habito por la lectura, a lo que puedo añadir lo siguiente: "niños lectores, niños sabios y más inteligentes". Crecí siendo una niña que amaba la lectura, lo que ha hecho de mí en el transcurrir de los años de vida una persona que fácilmente interpreta textos, escribe, desarrollo historias así como guiones, hacer interpretación de personajes y montajes teatrales; para muchos una mujer interesante (como me lo han hecho saber jeje) puesto que tengo siempre un tema de interés de qué hablar y conocimiento para aportar a los temas de otras personas. Crecí entre la lectura de libros e historias; lo cual, es un verdadero activador de neuronas, mente y creatividad. Así que, a mis hijas les motivo el amor a los libros y a leer, esto amplia su visión en la vida.

Otra de las opciones para despertar en nuestros pequeños en casa interés por esto, es investigar en qué lugares de tu comunidad, localidad o región habrá algún evento; bien sea, de cuenta cuentos, teatro, títeres... y aprovechar esas oportunidades.
In the congregation/church where I attend, we are very creative in terms of carrying a message and leaving a good seed sown in the hearts of the smallest even the oldest... So, one day the biblical story of Jonah was selected and the big fish, where the work team had to sit at the table to plan how this story would be presented or told, where each one presented their ideas to get down to work. A giant theater was made, the script was written based on the story of the Old Testament of the Bible about Jonah, puppets were made with the recycling materials that were all on hand; to then begin with the repeated rehearsals until everything was perfect for the presentation.
En la congregación/iglesia donde asisto, somos muy creativos en cuanto llevar un mensaje y dejar una buena semilla sembrada en los corazones de los más pequeños hasta de los más adultos... Por lo que, un día se seleccionó la historia bíblica de Jonás y el gran pez, donde el equipo de trabajo tuvo que sentarse a la mesa a planificar de qué manera se presentaría o contaría esta historia, donde cada uno expuso sus ideas para colocar manos a la obra. Un gigante teatrino fue elaborado, se escribió el guión en base a la historia del Antiguo Testamento de la Biblia sobre Jonás, se elaboraron títeres con los materiales que se tuvieron a mano de reciclaje todos; para luego comenzar con los repetidos ensayos hasta que todo quedara perfecto para la presentación.
My girls really enjoyed the presentation of that play through the puppets and the work done in the congregation. At home I have some puppet dolls with which when narrating a story, I don't always do it with my voice, but I took one of these dolls as the narrator and so night after night, I change characters.
Mis niñas disfrutaron muchísimo de la presentación de esa obra a través de los títeres y el trabajo realizado en la congregación. En casa tengo algunos muñecos de títeres con los cuales a la hora de narrar una historia, no siempre lo hago con mi voz, sino que tomó uno de estos muñecos como el narrador y así noche tras noche, voy cambiando de personajes.

Sembramos buenos hábitos, valores y a identificar sentimientos, así como emociones de amor, tristeza, envidia, orgullo, amistad, lealtad, compromiso, esfuerzo, envidia, solidaridad y muchos más.

I agree with you totally. Reading with my child is something I consciously do. And thats because I think that reading is super important. I started using books with Caleb around 3 mo old. At 9-10 months old he was already showing me the things I asked him to show me. he has patience reading, he could stay up to 2 hrs just reading to him. And I think that is because I started so early.

I agree with this 100%. It is very important especially in the early years. Kids who are read stories to learn how to read by themselves a lot more easily. I Always read to my daughter every night. I used to read to her even in the afternoons by now that she's an independent reader, she reads on her own during her free time.
I am glad to know that through you as a mother dedicated to reading your daughter now she has this wonderful habit.

Saludos @leomarylm, a los niños les encantan las historias, mi hijo se acostumbró a que su papá o yo le leamos una historia antes de dormir, en muchas oportunidades el participa de la historia agrega elementos y hace un gran final, cultivar el hábito de la lectura en los niños es un gran labor que como padres siempre debemos tener presente; mediante la lectura se amplía el vocabulario del niño y se desarrolla el pensamiento crítico.
