We took the children to Sharjah Aquarium, located near the emirates of Dubai, UAE. An indoor aquarium which houses 250 species of fish and sea animals. Tickets are paid at the entrance for the price of 6$ (25 aed)for adults and 4$ (15 aed) for children, free is given below 2 years old.
Main entrance and waiting area.
As you walk through the main entrance you will see a picture that illustrates traditional fishing and life before commercialism.
There is a decent size of pond that contains 5 small sharks.
As you go further down, the room gets darker to a dim light, this is where small colorful fish, stone fish and sea horses are placed in a squared aquarium.
There is also a large aquarium where large fish, sting rays and different types of fish with artificial corals, rocks, shipwreck and a chain can be seen.
In a dark room, light is reflected through the aquarium that makes the fish glow as they swim.
Up on the last part is the widest of the aquarium, the set up is similar to their own natural habitat. There are types of sharks with large to medium size, fish and turtles in this area as well.
Watching them swim is fascinating, especially to a children's eye. Curiosity, biodiversity and a message for responsibility to take care of our natural resources.
In the exit gate, There is an important reminder along with a picture on what happens if we pollute our water.
A free picture booth with a shark mouth is also placed on the exit gate.
It was fun and entertaining. we enjoyed our family trip and got to learn about our sea animals. A day well spent.

Thank you for coming with me. Have a nice day!
Aww ang ganda! Such a shame ang hirap mag travel. Daming restrictions. Hehe.
Pero mag oopen na daw ang Seaworld dito sa Yas next year so sana makadalaw kami dun.
Hello Miss @arrliinn. Thank you. Kaya nga, salamat nga at medyo lumuwag na ngayon. Sa amin hindi pa open ang public park. Seaworld, sana makapasyal din kami jan.
Best regards po sainyong lahat. Xx
Dito kelangan ng green pass (QR code sa Al Hosn app) to enter public premises. Kaya stay at home na lang 😅
