In der HIVE AUSTRIA COMMUNITY tut sich Einiges. Bereits bei den letzten Meet Ups in "Klein Steiermark" in Wien zu dem auch @reiseamateur aus Graz extra anreiste, wurde viel rund um die Meet Ups besprochen, diskutiert und wieder Merch verteilt.

Eine Idee, die mitunter von @stayoutoftherz und mir kam, ist, den HIVE AUSTRIA MEETUP Account und somit die Community mehr zu fördern. Das bedeutet, dass ab sofort jeder, so auch Du, die HIVE MEET UP AUSTRIA COMMUNITY fördern kannst.

Nun, wie schaut dies genau aus: Alle zukünftigen Einladungspost zu den kommenden Meet Ups geben einen Prozentteil von den HIVE Rewads direkt an die Community ab. Das heißt, mit Deinem 100% Upvote bekommt einerseits der Autor und Veranstalter des Post und Meet Up etwas und zuletzt profitiert die gesamte Community. Wie viel Prozente an die Community gespendet werden, wird noch im Detail geklärt, sollen aber 30 bis rund 50% sein.

Ob es die "Meet & Earn Meet Ups" so zukünftig geben wird, steht noch in den Sternen.

Fakt ist, dass ich gleich hier mit diesem Post als bestes Beispiel voran gehen und davon 70% an die HIVE Austria Community mit diesem Post abgebe.

Vielleicht fragt sich der Eine oder Andere gerade, warum wir das machen und warum ich das mache?

Mir geht es hier nicht nur ums "Geld", sondern viel mehr um den Communityaufbau selbst. Das Leben besteht aus Geben und Nehmen. Wer gibt, wird langfristig mehr bekommen. So auch hier! Mit dem Geld welches wir sammeln, können wir Projekte auf HIVE unterstützen und letztendlich uns als Community etwas Gutes tun. Bzw. auch die HIVE AUSTRIA COMMUNITY nach außen hin mehr bewerben ...

Es gibt und gab schon super Ansätze in der Schweiz mit @swisshive, HIVE Bodensee, wo in allen voran @blue.rabbit Großes leistet und auch viele Onlinemeetups, die immer noch jeden Monat stattfinden.

Mit dieser Aktion wollen wir in erster Linie die Meet Ups in Österreich unterstützen und in allen voran uns selbst etwas Gönnen. Details werden bei den kommenden Meet Ups besprochen.

Dank vieler namhaften Blogger und Größen in der DACH-Community sind wir "gewachsen". Einerseits Mental, anderseits durch gutes Fachwissen und zuletzt durch gute Freundschaften als Community. Menschen kommen und gehen ...

Um hier ein paar Namen (wertfrei) zu nennen: Die @buzzparty sorgt für Offlinespaß, @tibfox organisierte guten Merch, der von @valueplan gesponsert wurde. @balte hat immer ein offenes Ohr für die Community, @solymi trumpft mit unglaublichen Wissen, welches er sich selbst angeeignet hat, @vikisecrets der immer wieder gute Ansätze bringt, natürlich unser Witness @stayoutofherz, @reiseamateuer der für die Grazer Meet Ups zuständig ist, @satren, der es mal bis zu uns schaffte, die @hiq sollten wir auch immer wieder erwähnen und lesen und viele viele andere Menschen die Jahre lang Meet Ups in Österreich in allen voran Wien organisiert haben. Wir könnten hier eine unzählige Liste führen ...

... um es kurz zu machen und auf den Punkt zu bringen. Es tut sich etwas und wir gehen einen Schritt in eine neue richtige Richtung.

A lot is happening in the HIVE AUSTRIA COMMUNITY. Already at the last Meet Ups in "Klein Steiermark", to which @reiseamateur from Graz also traveled especially, a lot was discussed about the Meet Ups and merch was distributed again.

One idea that came from @stayoutoftherz and myself was to promote the HIVE AUSTRIA MEETUP account and thus the community. This means that from now on everyone, including you, can promote the HIVE MEET UP AUSTRIA COMMUNITY.

Now, what exactly does this look like? All future invitation posts to upcoming Meet Ups will give a percentage of the HIVE Rewads directly to the community. This means that with your 100% upvote, on the one hand the author and organizer of the post and Meet Up receives something and ultimately the entire community benefits. How many percentages will be donated to the community is still being clarified in detail, but should be between 30 and around 50%.

Whether the "Meet & Earn Meet Ups" will still exist in the future is still up in the air.

The fact is that I'm setting the best example right here with this post and giving 70% of it to the HIVE Austria community here.

Perhaps some of you are wondering why we are doing this and why I am doing it?

For me, it's not just about "money", but much more about building the community itself. Life consists of give and take. Those who give will get more in the long term. That's also the case here! With the money we raise, we can support projects on HIVE and ultimately do something good for ourselves as a community.

There are and have been great approaches in Switzerland with @swisshive, HIVE Bodensee, where @blue.rabbit in particular is doing great things and also many online meetups that still take place every month.

With this campaign, we primarily want to support the Meet Ups in Austria and, above all, treat ourselves. Details will be discussed at the upcoming Meet Ups.

Thanks to many well-known bloggers and big names in the DACH community, we have "grown". On the one hand mentally, on the other hand through good expertise and finally through good friendships as a community. People come and go ...
