HIVE vs STEEM

so before I was even aware of HIVE I tried to signup for STEEM and the problem was I would go through all the steps and I went with the free because I'm not going to spend money over a centralized platform haha and basically I would go through all the steps and never get the confirmation of my account being made so that was an issue and I also heard wallets were locked after the whole Justin Sun thing it was a mess and I have HIGH HIGH hopes for HIVE hopefully something like that never happens again.
