Ah it's all good. We want to do things right and not upset anyone. If we have to burn the parent container then so be it. It's fine. Thanks for the tips as well. I wasn't aware there was a difference between burn and decline.
Yes, burn still pays the people that vote the container, and is better than butting heads with hw's, et al.
