Man, I'm glad you made this post, it clears up some things I was lacking.
Last week brave/chrome had an update that 'broke' keychain.
It wasn't really broke, just actions were blocked by error messages.
With enough attempts the transactions would go through.
What I suggested you do is change your recovery account.
Not do a recovery, that is something else.
You have steem set as your recovery partner, they are not gonna help you.
You can change the account in the peakd permissions and authorities tab.
It does require your owner key.
You should choose someone that you can communicate with outside of hive to ensure that they know it is you, and not the thief that got your keys.
Or, you can set it to an alt account that doesn't store its keys anywhere near where your main keys are stored.
This to insure that both don't get stolen at the same time.

Matrix allows encrypted chat, so we can pass keys there, if need be.
You can see from the pic that no keys have been changed, so your account is safe.
You updated something on the account, maybe a background or something, in dec '24.
But, at the bottom is the issue.
steem won't help you recover your account.
Best practices say to change that to someone that will.
Understood. The only thing that baffles me is that I don't recall doing any kind of update on my account on December 15, 2024, and doing it at a little after four in the morning would have been out of character for me, because I normally don't stay up that late. (I notice that it states there that the time of the update was at 04:11:27. Could that have been 4:11 P.M.?) How do I get to that same screen you have embedded above?
I did change the password for my Hive Keychain, but that wasn't until this month (January). If someone had hacked into my account and got all my keys and so forth on December 15, 2024, then all sorts of bizarre things would have been occurring with my Hive account by now; so I don't think it was that.

Keychain and your hive account are different things.
I'm gonna guess that the time is utc, but I could be wrong.
IF you go back to the date in the block explorer it should show you the transaction.
You may be able to filter for it, but you would just have to click on things to find out how.

I checked it out. The time is in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time A.K.A. Greenwich Mean Time). I looked at the specifics of the 12/15/2024 update, but it didn't really give me hardly any details about it. I don't remember what it was I could have done on my Hive account on that same date.
It looks like you updated your pic and what the display says on your page.
Yeah, I do remember sometime last year I was concerned about my astronaut picture missing from its place on my PEAKD channel; and I went into the settings to check to see why it was missing. However, it seems that happened further back in time than December. Oh, well, I guess it's no big deal, because no harm was done.
