The lopsided distribution that came out of the ninja-mined era is the most often cited reason for leaving, in my experience.
But, numbers wise, I think this post may have been the real turning point that inflated the exodus.
Add that to what you point out and it is no wonder that folks have left.
Nobody buys into a rigged game.
At least, not the ones that can math.
