@appalachain correct, that's what I do. And my bot is faster ; )

On STEEM malicious bots are indeed running (I even lost a test account during testing) and the account gets compromised in a few seconds. I haven't seen those on Hive yet but they'll come.

Mine is faster and usually puts their funds into savings in less than a second. Same for changing their keys if they compromised the owner key. For the posting key instead it only replies in about ~200ms.

Also, my bot checks ALL type of operations posted to the blockchain, I even found an active key in an account_update operation lol.

You can find more info about implemented and future features here: https://hive.blog/steem/@gaottantacinque/the-keys-defender-bot-is-live-in-beta-mode

Thoughts on getting more visibility to my project? Should I raise a proposal through HPS?

I'm currently working on a couple of other side projects that should help sustain the costs of all my bots then I will be able to focus back on @keys-defender to add the missing features (eg. instant reply to known phishing links once detected by Hivecleaners with who I collaborate - eg. @guiltyparties).

Absolutely! I think it's an awesome project! Especially trying to onboard new users that may not be familiar with crypto. It will help give them a little bit of extra security. I'd like to see this get some funding.

@appalachain Thanks for your feedback, I will put a proposal together soon!

Thanks for doing what you're doing! I'll make sure and keep an eye out for it. For what it's worth, It'll have my support.
