About me
My name is Ivan Andres Montti Larrea. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1984. At the age of 7 I moved to the south of Venezuela specifically to a small and picturesque city called Upata, which in aboriginal language means "my land" or "my place", this move gave an unexpected turn to my life making me change from a metropolis type environment to a small city of only 100, 000 inhabitants.
In the city of Upata, I studied in school until I finished my secondary studies, at that time I was linked to art, I had an alternative rock music group called Sheissen, my parents always exalted the arts in their different manifestations which made me grow up in constant contact with painting, music, and theater.
In the year 2000 I started making crafts from seeds of different trees and hemp offered by a type of palm called moriche, selling my bracelets and necklaces. That same year I met one of my tutors and artistic parents, Ernesto Urbina, a muralist from the city who has more than 30 years of experience. I spent some time painting murals with Urbina, and one day he took me to meet a great friend. We went to a puppet group (jau-jau) which is one of the oldest puppet groups in Venezuela with 45 years of cultural work. Luis Reyes, the artistic director, hired me to make a series of puppets with mechanized threads. The project was called Retablo maravilla (Wonderful Altarpiece) in honor of a work by Cervantes.
Already in 2005, I was part of the puppet group where I worked as a builder and manipulator of puppets. The work of the puppet group is done in rural areas of the state of Bolivar and in poor neighborhoods where they have presented both the theatrical work of the group and the realization of workshops for the manufacture and manipulation of puppets.
As theatre is a synthesis of all arts and techniques, I was seduced by other artistic disciplines, in this way I came into contact with photography and audiovisuals, while maturing in the musical concept by creating another band called BabandÍ of Reggae genre merged with Caribbean rhythms.
From this point of view, I have the experience of 15 years of work with children, teenagers, and adults, giving theater classes, organizing puppet theater festivals for children, student theater shows, as well as giving workshops for the development of different kinds of puppets such as yarn, rod, puppet, muppet, chronopios. Under the theme of environmental conservation, the theater group collects waste or garbage for the manufacture of puppets.
I have 2 years on this beautiful platform where I have shown all my skills in music, theater, and photography. I feel qualified to assume the responsibility of directing this project proposal that is about to be discovered.

Context
More than a year ago I started a puppet workshop in the steem community and I'm giving continuity to the HIVE Platform, the idea was to transmit knowledge about the HIVE Blockchain through puppetry art, I made my first campaign in Fundition and I got massive support through crowdfunding. My intention to link art with the Blockchain would soon take an unexpected turn.
After rethinking different ideas of how to generate value to the HIVE platform I have changed radically from receiving donations to requesting delegations from different users who create and approve this project, in just one month I managed to collect 130k HP DELEGATE, the goal is to reach 500k HP delegated or DHF funded at least to get the ideas off the ground.
Understanding that one of the purposes of HIVE is to promote mass adoption. In this sense, I have conceived a proposal of publicity, education, and support to communities through curating quality artistic content, in this sense I am looking for support to finance two projects on a permanent basis, the first is a PYTHON programming workshop for children and the second a puppet workshop based on the Blockchain.
The children are the future, we are interested in them being the ones who massively adopt the HIVE Blockchain and in general, the more they learn through educational programs promoted by HIVE in an effective way, the more they will be the perfect relay generation. As an extra point I add the factor that the workshops will be held in economically disadvantaged sectors, so we could provide tools to overcome all economic problems in the future. The Blockchain will change forever the destiny of this planet of worn-out economies.
Objective
The objective is to obtain funds through the DHF proposal or delegations to finance PYTHON programming workshops for children and Blockchain puppet workshops, with this the use of educational tools is encouraged so that children are close to the Blockchain. Imagine hundreds of children taking their first steps into the world of programming thanks to the commitment of HIVE.
Publicize the HIVE image
In HIVE it is a dynamic way to take the message to the social media, there are many publications in hive.blog and different feeling networks like Twitter, with my proposal now HIVE will have a presence in real life and in contact in popular communities during the sustained development of the project.
Both the PYTHON programming workshop for children and the basic training workshops Blockchain HIVE will be made in the name of HIVE Blockchain showing dynamically the logo on the t-shirts
of the organizing group and workshop staff, Hive logo on banners or pennants, Hive logo as a screen saver for laptops, transport labeled with Hive logo. Making clear the brand behind this initiative in artistic and technological education.
Activities
Carrying out 01 PYTHON programming workshop for children and Blockchain puppet workshop on a rotating basis. (global)
Training workshops
In addition to the main educational activities for children, basic Blockchain HIVE workshops will be held for the inhabitants of the communities where the PYTHON PROGRAMME and puppet workshops are held.
Events and management of HIVE exchanges
From 4 to 5 months there will be 01 events to showcase the products obtained by highlighting the PYTHON programming for children, previously the most outstanding children will be selected to present their final programming.
The most outstanding boys and girls of the workshop will also be invited to make a show as a sample, the play is based on the Blockchain.
Formal invitation to the main exchange companies of regional cryptosystems in order to establish alliances to generate exchanges, including HIVE in exchanges will be positive for mass adoption.
Invitation to the communities that make life in the country where the workshops are held. Venezuela would be the starting point for this proposal, being @votovzla one of the most representative and active promoting and supporting content creators.
The value that this would generate to the HIVE platform is immense, imagine future Blockchain programmers who took their first steps thanks to HIVE
Scope
The scope of this proposal is global, Venezuela will be the starting point, in one year two more countries will be selected to finance the initiative and gradually cover spaces that will be beneficial to our community. According to calculations with the HIVE economy and with 500k HP, 2 to 3 workshops per year could be financed benefiting more than 100 children directly and more than 1500 people indirectly. In the worst-case scenario, if the goal of 3 workshops is not met, a fund can be created to wait for the best moment to invest and carry out the workshops without setbacks or deficits.
Media plan
All the workshops will be shown on radio, television and in the written press. These communication methods are still valid and are part of a target population that will also be able to get to know the HIVE platform. Those in charge of the workshop will inform about the functioning of the HIVE platform encouraging its massive adoption.
Management of resources and operation of the project
By obtaining the funding for the @arrozymangophoto account the HBD's received in the case of being funded by DHF will be transformed into Hivepower immediately, once the 500k HP goal is reached it will be supported by curing artistic content manually and through partnerships with Spanish speaking communities preferably.
The HP rewards obtained from the curating of Spanish language arts publications will be used to fund workshops, events, and media publicity twice a year.
Social Media
The social media promotion will be taken care of through project accounts through Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, the project will have resources to pay advertising to different influencers to have more reach.

Proposal
My proposal is to finance an account for own resources, understanding the risk involved in maintaining delegations that may affect the development and performance of the project for a long time. I request the amount of 300 HBD for 183 days. In the event that this project cannot be financed by DHF, I ask that you review the proposal to consider some type of delegation.
Accountability
In order to constantly show the expenses of the workshop, audiovisual material will be produced showing the purchases of equipment and materials necessary for the development of the workshop. Another way will be through the support of other HIVE communities that make life in the city where the workshop is held to give testimony ratifying the veracity of the work done.
In the case of curating, reports will be made of how many users have been benefited from the power of the vote.
The images contained in this publication are part of the archive of the first puppet workshop in the community.

I understand what you're trying to do but it is absolutely not appropriate to involve such small children in anything to do with Hive or any cryptocurrency. They are too young to make their own decisions, to understand what crypto or even any currency is, to understand what a blockchain is or anything remotely close to this matter. Of course they understand what puppets are and may learn a bit of code, which is good. But the entire relation to Hive here is not appropriate by any means and should be reconsidered. It is blatantly inappropriate to provide them with Hive brochures.
Also consider that many people here are Venezuelan or like me, have good friends in Venezuela. We can find out how much things cost and for the purpose of a proposal will like a better breakdown.
20$ per tshirt? that you are buying in bulk (more than a dozen) and they are not even customize yet cause you are asking for additional 600$ to do that.
2$ per brochure and 40$ for just 1 Foam sheet?
I see you mention the laptops in your response to Guilty and show Dell, Macbook and the cheaper one being Siragon, but how about the Canaimitas they run linux isn't that a good SO to teach python on them? wouldn't they be more cost efficient for a project like this? i know you can find those used for even 50$ each.
I'm not even going to mention the others cause is a long list but, you do know there are Venezuelans, like me reading this right? i would like to see the prices of some of those things being corrected at least.
On the regards as to kids are too small to learn about crypto and blockchain I dont know about that @guiltyparties my kid is too small to be part of something like this he is only 1 year old but i have nephews and nieces who are 6yo, 12, 13 and 15 and i think that they can learn about it, maybe not get directly involved with the economics part of it cause i agree that would be inappropriate (maybe not for the 15yo one) but they can certainly be teach about it.

La educación es importante. Siempre es bueno ver personas que buscan apoyar y ayudar a otros a aprender. Aunque quizá debería ser solo un proyecto a la vez, parece un asunto trivial pero la aprender a programar puede requerir mucha más energía, dedicación y tiempo de lo estimado, esto desde mi humilde opinión claro. Ambos talleres pueden ser realizados simultáneamente pero en distintas comunidades. Ciertamente el taller de programación sería un poco más pesado por la información aún así la forma dinámica para explicar en qué consiste python es totalmente agradable para cualquier niño o niña de 7 años en adelante.

Las laptos es mas que todo por un tema práctico, traslado a cualquier sitio, poco peso, y se puede acomodar en cualquier sitio, digamos un automóvil.
Como plus podría agregar lo que mencionas, las laptos tienen baterías y pueden usarse en sitios sin necesidad de electricidad.
