Finally, the coin dropped. For five years I have been writing here - sometimes daily - sometimes rarely. It is only today that I discovered an article about individuals with Asperger's and their predisposition to depression and suicide. What the article does however, goes way beyond the acknowledging of the symptoms that come with ASD. The more important part is the analysis of the behavior of those unaffected by ASD. Call it as You will: "society", "community", "school", "workplace", "family" - the rejection of people with ASD is widespread. I even watched a movie a few days ago with Seann William Scott: "American Loser" and it hit home like few things. This is indeed how folks with Autism are singled out, because they are "weird". "Difficult" and "annoying". That's basically what has been happening to me here, as well. My writing is simply ignored, too negative, too depressing, too problematic. Yet, the reason for that lies in the treatment that I am given - since I was a child. And the abuse I am exposed to since five years in this catholic place has been the worst of my life - with nobody to talk to. Nobody cares. Human life is worthless here and even more so these annoying Autistic children and crazy adults. For a person with Asperger's that isexperiencing life threatening hardship, the question "Todo bien?" is an insult when it comes from someone who knows about this hardship. To apologize it with being "just a habit" is like to apologize domestic violence. "But he loves her...", right?

Well, I hope You will find the following article informative. And regarding people committing suicide because they cannot sustain themselves in a situation they find themselves in without having planned to - you can say that there are too many people on Earth anyways. Especially those with Asperger's. Or those stupid "Trans-" people.

My writing is simply ignored...

Not by everyone. It was great to see that your location is now Miami. Hopefully you made it out of SA. Wrote to you about it way back but the email address we had used must have been a temporary one just for our interaction way back when. Hope all is well.
