US laws mean nothing in UK.
So there is nothing i can do to help you in anyway shape ort form.
Plus i am against the abuse of downvoting on hive it happens to me all the time now for no reason and i do think people should be held accountable.

What is your malfunction, do you need help, should we call someone like your therapist, or a carer of some kind, or have you got lose from a hospital maybe.
