You didn't convince existing businesses to accept HBD then making new venture it will head to fail.
This is India and you cannot convince people to use HBD when they are used to UPI payments. That's why if we want to penetrate this market, we need to come up with our own outlet.
That's why I said it could be something that we can consider as the ROI on it will be much much better than most initiatives that have been taken so far.
What is knowing the person have to do with promoting Hive? If you can't convince some influencer to do something for Hive without opening restaurant then it's route to nowhere. With all respect - I'm from post communist country - opening restaurant with everyone money create only the problem and it has communistic approach which I don't like.
Again same as above - if the owner of this cafe doesn't accept HBD now - the fact that you would use everyone money will not change his approach - what could convince me is when the owner show his face and start implement HBD in the cafe beforehand, do some test runs, if he isn't doing that even as a trial trying to do it on big scale it's just a dream.

THIS IS BIG NO - If you don't have community that is comfortably using Hive atm, if you don't have shops linked with the system or at least interested in it, if you don't have vendors accepting and spenders in your area opening the SHOP will not change anything with this kind of approach we would have to enter every business.
