I know I am late to the this post, but I saw you upvoted a SNAP of mine so I wanted to check out what "tipu" was and then saw this post.
Are you still active since it after the cutoff date you mentioned? Also have you thought about "open sourcing" tipu, to work around the local laws in your area?
For example put a call out to the world for someone to host your bot on one of their servers where you can still retain the keys but it's hosted in another physical country sort of thing?
