Web host in question

I can't complain, but I'm complaining.

Fleek is doing away with the free hosting plan. What this means on Hive...

I use Fleek as a free host for some things.

As it stands, they'll go away April 17. One is already throttled. Moving to another host is easy enough (I really like vercel, netlify, render), but there's something about my converter configuration that worked on fleek but not elsewhere. I'm sure it can be fixed, somehow, but who has the time (not me).

I get it, free is not a great business model. But, the messaging. Whenever I read, "to better serve..." you/users/our customers, I immediately recognize bad news being sold as good news. And "just" $15/month guised as a deal with a promo code? Umm, no thanks. Just say it honestly, "We cannot afford to continue the free plan." TINSTAFFL
