There is a good reason why you are getting this error.
First you did not do a blood sacrifice to the gods of votes which require a blood sacrifice performed on a blue moon. Then you need to make a sizeable donation to your nearest homeless shelter in order to entice a hobo to come with you. These are the only allowable beings that could be sacrifced.
Second you needed to submitted a doctorate thesis to all the whales here in order for the limits in voting to be taken out and therefore allow you to have no error.
Finally the last thing that needs to be done is to get rid of one witness vote and the vote for @earn.hive.
