I add:
Four) Those who vote for users with two- or three-digit KE should be required to make a daily post and lose their author rewards for one month.
Five) Curatorship groups that frequently vote for users with two- and three-digit KE should lose 50% of their delegations for 30 days. On the second offense, they would lose 100% of their delegations for one year.
Six) Users scoring below 50 on the "Width" and "Distribution" metrics of ManteCurated Live (Hive Blockchain Curatorship Terminal), without justification accepted by the majority of the community, would have to lose their posting rewards for one year.
Therefore, with these points marked, there would be no shortage of content for you to curate.
This is why we have downvotes.

I’m a libertarian, but I’m no kamikaze.
For me, survival and long-term strategy are more important than purely destructive gestures.
I prefer to take a realistic approach, backed by analytical metrics, rather than direct confrontations with no chance of success (see my wallet).
