I have no idea what is wrong. The only guide I can find is how to make a Community on Steemit although I would have thought it was the same procedure on Hive?
I was certain you needed 3.00 HBD to create a community and with your donation I have 3.086 HBD.
I filled in everything correctly but it threw up this error message:

I take it that error message is saying I need 3000 HBD? What the F! Looks like my plan has failed before it even started. I am happy to return your 0.700 HBD as I'm never going to achieve 3000 at my age unless I live to be 147 that is? 😪

I need 3 Hive not 3 HBD I'm converting the HBD see where we are at in 3 days. LOL
Ha! Hopefully one day somebody will create some decent documentation 😂 . I love documentation writing but unfortunately know bugger all about how this stuff all works!
The best of it was, I was in the middle of writing a moaning post with screenshots of the steps when I noticed this.

I don't see any Hive "Howto's"
It can't be that much. I have created a couple of communities. Mind you, I didn't save the keys properly for one of them :( It doesn't seem to say what it costs on hive.blog or peakd when you pull the screen to create one.
I know. TBH, In my opinion, HOWTO's specifically relating to Hive are pretty poor.
I have mentioned issues with the documentation too. People are doing posts with tips, but you need some way to pull those together so people can actually find the information they need.
The Hive code is available. I was trying to see where the FAQ text is stored. Anyone should be able to suggest improvements. I'll ask around.
TBH Hive needs a Wiki. If they created it on the blockchain then you would need to use your posting key to edit it.

The other day I converted some HBD I'm waiting to see how much Hive that gives me. Should know tomorrow.
