I'm trying. I'm not a coder, but I'll give it a go.
I think the biggest thing that we as users of decentralized and open source tech need to keep in mind is that it is completely up to each of us to add value to our network.

I do that with post and engagement, I try my best so I can be called an example of a hiver, doing 60-80 comments every day I post, and doing my best to make a post so good that I don't have to edit them. I don't know how to code so I do engagement and high quality stuff :)
