What are EDS tokens?
EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. This is currently paying out an APY to token holders of over 35%.

- EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
- 12% of over 98,000 HIVE POWER pays out (98000*12/52.18) 225.37 per week
- EDS in circulation each yield (121.88/24900) 0.0071 HIVE per week
- 0.0071 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.368 HIVE
- 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 36.8% per year
EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. The only way to mint new EDS tokens is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens. These miners when full issued and staked will yield a 20% minimum ROI per year.
EDS converts all earnings, airdrops, tribe tokens into HIVE. This account is 100% focused on powering up as much HIVE as possible. It's just that single-minded. This projects weekly saving club content is run by @shanibeer and wallet by @silverstackeruk both on behalf of SPinvest. This is a long term project and should be viewed as a token to stack up and HODL. Buy some miners, let them mint you some EDS tokens, build a pile and collect weekly HIVE dividends. In other words, buy some EDSM miners and forget about it. Add a few every week/month and watch your EDS pile grow. You can also buy EDS directly from the market, if you add a buy order for any amount at 1 HIVE each, it'll get filled. It might take a few days but it'll get filled as some miners like to sell their mining rewards right away to lock in them profits.

Lets get a look at the charts this week
We minted 236.80 EDS this past week, 196 from EDS miners and around 40 from EDSvote. We'll soon be minting over 250 EDS per week.
HP balance had increased by around 200 HIVE, this will continue to grow slowly for a very long time. With over 100k in HIVE POWER, EDS is a powerful account on the chain and we will get huge benefits when airdrops are issued to HP holders in future.
The HIVE income pool increased this week by a few HIVE cents as it does each week. Last week's payment was missed due to an error by me so this week, you will receive double the amount.
EDS is still performing well and kicking bum, even with its APY dropping for the past 15 weeks in a row, it still pays better than anything else. If you pay over 1 HIVE for EDS tokens, your ROI each year in weekly payments is probably still much better than any other HIVE income token. You can check this post that I wrote 6 days ago to show what the EDS APY is depending on how much you paid for EDS.
How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?
If the EDS project sounds right up your street, there are 2 ways to get your hands on EDS tokens. Building a HIVE income is one of those things when it's better to get started sooner than later. We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, why not do the same with blockchain earnings? If blockchain is the future, why not be playing the game of life 3 steps ahead of everyone else? There's no day like day to start increasing your income and the snowball effect is real when you have patience.

Weekly Roundup
Things are going great, the only thing im falling behind on is shilling EDSvote more. I have planned to do weekly reports for EDSvote but i keep forgetting that the new Saturday Savers post is released on Friday and those where the days i was going to upload the updates. They will on Thursdays starting in 3 days.
EDSvote is doing ok, i understand the APY is not amazing but i still would like to hit at least 100k HP being delegated in. Even with 100k being delegated in, it will take over 30 years to issue the allocated 180k EDS tokens. I have a backup plan because we can't be issuing EDS tokens for 35 years, its model would be the same as EDSvote and would not require HP delegation but I'd rather give EDSvote a good shilling for the next 3-6 months to see if it picks up any.
EDS itself is performing as predicted and is on the plan. We remain 100% HIVE and stick to our long-term goals.
